At NELP, he partners with nursing excellence leaders to turn the rigor of designation achievement, professional governance, evidence-based practice, and clinical advancement into a secure, measurable, system-wide operating model.

Under his leadership, the roadmap is driven by domain expertise and frontline feedback, with relentless focus on usability, evidence readiness, and executive-level reporting. The mandate is straightforward: reduce administrative burden, increase confidence in outcomes, and help organizations demonstrate nursing excellence as a driver of quality, experience, and financial performance.
