What You'll Be Doing
- Own architecture and ship production features across four integrated products
- Design data models and services for complex multi-hospital, multi-unit organizational structures
- Build AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and document retrieval across large program datasets
- Implement enterprise infrastructure: SSO/SAML, role-based access, audit logging, HRIS integration
- Sit in customer calls, hear problems firsthand, and turn them into shipped product within days
- Set engineering standards, CI/CD, testing strategy, and architectural patterns for the team to scale on
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years building production SaaS products
- Strong full-stack experience: TypeScript, React, server-side JavaScript
- Experience designing backend systems for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy applications
- Comfortable owning both architecture and implementation in an early-stage environment
- Experience with authentication systems (SSO/SAML) and enterprise integrations
- Clear communicator who works well with non-technical domain experts
- Ability to empathize with users and not overengineer for the sake of it
