What you’ll be doing
- →Advise on product strategy so NELP reflects how designation, governance, and excellence programs actually run.
- →Be available as a clinical expert to pressure-test workflows, language, standards mapping, and document logic with the product team.
- →Guide implementations with health system partners on complex, high-stakes program work.
- →Introduce NELP to colleagues and peers leading excellence programs across your network.
What we’re looking for
- →15+ years of nursing experience.
- →Experience writing multiple Magnet® documents.
- →Experience achieving Magnet® with Distinction is a strong bonus.
- →Experience managing simultaneous Magnet® and Pathway® designations.
- →Experience designing and implementing professional governance.
- →DNP or PhD preferred.
- →Prior experience as a CNO, Director of Nursing Excellence, or Magnet Program Director preferred.
- →ANCC appraiser experience preferred.
- →Experience with Pathway to Excellence®, PTAP, or Well-being Excellence is a nice to have.
